I'm a piano tech. A customer's kids bought one of those 70's ones (console) for their dad's birthday. Probably was never tuned. Usually, I can eek the tune up slowly. Not this fella. Started popping at the unisons. I took one of the broken wires and just bent it and it snapped in half!! Totally crystallized. Very poor metal grade. Sad.
